Refund policy

No returns will be accepted after 7 days when an item is purchased online. All items purchased in store or online will have 7 days for store credit only.

A refund/or replacement will be given for defective products accompanied with a valid photo/proof of damage.

 All clothing items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, free from deodorant or perfumes, pet hair, or markings, and original tag still attached 

We do not offer exchanges at this time, if the item does not fit correctly please order the item in your desired size and you may ship the original item back within the 10 day time frame 

All sale items and gift sets are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an item is damaged during the shipment process, please contact us so we as the shipper and you as the receiver may file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive insurance reimbursement for the damaged goods this also apply's with lost items claims must be filed with carrier prior to any credit only be issued for any items.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
