Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.


  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. 

Please note LunaStar is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.

LunaStar is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
